All orders ship with Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) within Japan.

¥475: Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu (incl. Hokuriku) and Kansai (29 prefectures: Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Yamanashi, Nagano, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama)
¥734: Hokkaido, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu and Okinawa

Dispatch times

We ship 7 days a week.

Weekdays: orders placed before 2:00 PM (JST) ship the same day.
Saturdays and Sundays: orders placed before 7:00 AM (JST) ship the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off ship on the next shipping day.
Made-to-order items ship within 7 days of your order.

Delivery and tracking

Most areas receive their order 1–2 days after dispatch; Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands can take 2–3 days. When your order ships, we email you a Yamato tracking number. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods (Golden Week, Obon, New Year) or bad weather.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the item and all packaging, take photos, and contact us through our contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number. For lost parcels, contact us with your order number and we will work with Yamato to resolve it.
