We are a small business specializing in handmade and made-to-order products. All items are carefully crafted by hand, which means each piece may have slight natural variations in color, texture, or finish.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Products and Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our products. However, because our items are handmade:

  • Slight variations in appearance, size, or finish may occur and are considered normal.
  • Product images are representative and may not exactly match the final item you receive.
  • We reserve the right to update product information at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not a confirmation that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order for any reason (including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).
  • Cancel an order before it has been shipped and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable consumption tax unless otherwise stated.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all prefectures within Japan using Yamato Transport. Shipping times, costs, and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return policy is limited because most of our items are handmade or made to order.

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or custom/personalized orders (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
  • Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Custom and Handmade Orders (Important)

Because we produce many items by hand or on a made-to-order basis:

  • Production typically begins shortly after we receive and confirm your order.
  • Once production has started, we are generally unable to cancel or modify the order.
  • Custom or personalized orders are considered final once production begins.
  • We recommend double-checking all details (size, color, personalization text, etc.) before completing your purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or images without prior written permission.

If you provide us with custom text, designs, or specifications for a made-to-order item, you confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us permission to produce the item based on your request.

10. User Content

If you leave reviews, upload photos, or submit any content to our website or social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Disclaimer

We provide our website and products “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
